As part of the community fund raising there will be a R50 gate fee per vehicle per day. Please ensure that you have cash available. There will also be food and drinks stalls - please support them.
We have an early bird entry special: Enter and Pay before 30 June and get R50 Discount on your entry fee (Already discounted on the system). Entries close 17 July - After that late entry fees will apply. From an administration point of view we are trying to get things done faster!
Ensure that you join the Telegram group for all the results and on the day info. We will not be posting them on Whatsapp. The reason we use telegram is due to the history of the chat that stays available and any person who joins can go back into the history and view the results.

SR 33) Prize Giving
Please note as per SSR 324 of the 2022 MSA SA National Cross Country Motorcycle SSR’s each person needs to attend prize giving or sign out at the COC/Race Secretary. Due to recent events we will be enforcing this rule strongly.
Prize giving will be held in Pearly Beach at a inside venue.
Any person who wish to become a sponsor - please make contact with Janet or Romanda. Each race cost around 100k and we fall short every time. W need more sponsors to please support the sport, we also need more riders to compete in the MSA Affiliated races. Why MSA? Because of the liability cover that is offered to the venues and clubs alike as well as the medical cover that the riders receive. MSA Races are held to a higher standard than normal fun days thus we make the race as safe as possible for rider and spectators. But with all these regulations comes certain cost that we need to cover.
More entries/sponsors = more money = less entry fee in future
